Jan Bartkowiak is the President and Founder of Econverse, a foundation supporting the development of future-ready skills among Polish teens through a series of startup simulations. Econverse debuted at the National Stadium in 2022 and has since supported over 2,500 students, gaining the backing of leading experts and organizations, such as the Empiria and Knowledge Foundation, Orange, Google for Startups, and Baker McKenzie. For his work in the Future of Work and Education, Jan was recognized as a Transcend Network Fellow and invited to deliver a keynote at Said Business School Oxford University, and Econverse awarded at the Emerging Europe Awards 2023.

Jan also co-founded and leads AI Consensus, a student organization at Minerva University – the world’s most innovative university – focused on incorporating AI into the university’s programs and policies. AI Consensus is one of the winners of the Responsible Youth Technology fund, supported by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Archwell. It was also featured in Nature.com

Jan often represents youth at national and international conferences, sharing his views on the future of education, innovation, cool use-cases of AI, social impact, and everything in between!
