Mr Jakub Dzik is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław and the Master of Business Administration Program of IESE Business School – University of Navarra. Associated with the Impel Group since 2009. He served as the Chair of the Board of Directors of Mobile Technology Sp. z o.o. from 2008 to 2019. He has been employed in Impel S.A since 2009, first in the Legal Services Office, and then joining the Operations Office in 2010. In 2009-2013 he was a Member of the Supervisory Board of Impel S.A. From 2013 to 2016 he served as Deputy Chair of the Board of Directors of Impel Security Polska Sp. z o.o. From April 2014 to August 2020, he served on the Supervisory Board of Gwarant S.A. From 2015 to 2019, he served as Deputy Chair of the Polish Association of Security Employers (Polski Związek Pracodawców Ochrona) He served on the Supervisory Board of Vantage Development S.A. from 2015 to 2020. In February 2016, he was appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors of Impel S.A. In June 2017, he was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Impel Agile S.A., where he served until the end of March 2020. From April 2019 to August 2020 he served on the Supervisory Board of Climbex S.A.
