Erwan is O&M Director at Egis overseeing Egis wide network of infrastructure and mobility projects, including 4200+ km of motorways, 20 airports and a number of rail and mobility contracts, in over 25 countries.  Erwan has over 20 years of experience in overseeing all aspects of complex and high valued infrastructure projects from inception to completion. He has been involved in the structuring and closing of a number of PPP projects, participated in the operational readiness of flagship projects such as the London M25 DBFO in the UK or the Dublin Tunnel in Ireland and lead the implementation of complex transformation projects such as the introduction of free flow charging solutions in complex operational set-ups.  As part of his current role he is presiding over Egis’ Operator’s Club, an internal forum dedicated to the capitalisation of operational best practices and know-how with a view to foster operational excellence amongst Egis operations.
