Speakers

He is a graduate of the Maria Skłodowska-Curie High School and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. He also completed postgraduate studies in tourism management and administrative and local government law.
From 1998 to 2001, he served as the Vice Mayor of Szczecin. He also held the position of councilor in the West Pomeranian Regional Assembly during the II, IV, and V terms. He was the president of the board of Energetyka Szczecińska, a member of the board of the joint-stock company Enea, and the director of the branch of Enea Operator. Since 2019, he has been a member of the Polish Sejm.
In the Polish Sejm of the IX term, he was a member of the Committee on Maritime Economy and Inland Navigation and the Committee on Energy, Climate, and State Assets, as well as the secretary of the Left parliamentary club. He is the vice-chairman of the New Left.
