Bujar Hoxha is a senior leader with over 24 years' experience leading multi-faceted humanitarian and development programs in the region of the Eastern Europe, Middle East, North Africa, Western Balkans, etc. Bujar has successfully led numerous complex missions ensuring pioneering, innovation and creativity to expand on scale and response. Currently, he is Save the Children Response Director for Poland. Prior to that he served in Lebanon, Syria, Turkey, Egypt, Iraq, Kosovo, etc. with various INGOs in different leadership capacities. Bujar is versatile in its skill sets as an adaptive leader to ambiguous and challenging contexts. He has expertise in the area of institutional development, emergency response, local solutions/partnerships, stabilization and development settings.

Bujar holds MA in International Relations at Tufts Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
