An engineer with many years of practical professional experience in the lighting industry. He has been associated with Philips Lighting since 1992. He took an active part in the transformation of the company and building a modern sales structure for lighting solutions in Poland and Eastern Europe. As an expert in energy efficiency and sustainable development, he managed the implementation of the IFC / GEF Poland Efficient Lighting Project and for many years he has been participating in Polish and international initiatives improving energy efficiency and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

Currently the Chairman of the Development Council of the Association of Lighting Equipment Manufacturers "Pol-lighting". For many years he has been actively engaged with the Polish Lighting Committee holding the Vice-Chairman position.
He is also one of the founding members of the “Fala Renowacji” Association, a cross-sectoral expert group dealing with issues related to the energy efficiency of buildings.
