Anna Gogacz is the founder and CEO of Allegro Brand Experience Agency https://www.allegro.com.pl/ - one of the leading marketing communications agencies for over 30 years - with a specialisation in event marketing. She manages an interdisciplinary team of specialists in various fields: Strategy, Creation, Event, Digital, Communication, New Technologies R&D.
Allegro organises more than 200 brand experience projects every year, combining a mix of marketing tools, original creation and the latest technologies: offline, online and hybrid events, digital activations and multi-channel marketing communication, both B2B and B2C.
The agency works for global and Polish clients, including: adidas, Allianz, Bahlsen, Coca-Cola HBC Poland & Baltics, Empik, EY, ING Bank Slaski, InPost, Mazda, Mastercard, McDonald's, Nissan, OPPO, Santander Consumer Bank, TikTok, T-Mobile.
Anna has been actively working for the professionalisation of the Polish event-marketing industry for many years. She is particularly strongly involved in the industry dialogue dedicated to developing good practices and standards of cooperation between the clients and the agency. She is a co-founder of the Event Agencies Club at the Association of Marketing Communication SAR, and a co-author and signatory of the Code of Good Practices.
She graduated from the Warsaw F. Chopin Academy of Music, postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in management and marketing, and the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program.
She is a member of LeaderShe, an association of exceptional women leaders, and is also a mentor in the Mentors4Starters programme.
