Andrzej Rybus-Tołłoczko

Administrativist, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University, worked for 10 years in local government offices (including the City Hall of the Capital City of Warsaw and the City Hall of Płock) and government offices (Masovian Voivodeship Office in Warsaw). He has been working in the non-governmental sector for over 20 years. He trained representatives of non-governmental organizations and offices throughout Poland on the implementation of public tasks, obtaining funds, running an organization, personal data protection, changes in law, and the introduction of participatory tools. He works at a post-secondary school, where he teaches courses in administration techniques. It also performs functions in social dialogue bodies. He is a member of the presidium of the Social Dialogue Commission for Education at the capital city office. Warsaw, member of the Metropolitan Council, former co-chairman of the Masovian Council of Public Benefit Activities at the Marshal of the Masovian Voivodeship, former chairman of the Convention of Provincial Councils of Public Benefit Activities.
