Adam Pawlik is a manager with many years of experience, working in the rail business since 2006, and with Polregio since 2017. He previously was a Member of the Management Board at Polregio, where he held the position of the Commercial Director. Adam Pawlik is also part of the Supervisory Board of Torpol S.A. and a Member of the Advisory Team of the Government Plenipotentiary for the Central Communication Port (CPK) for the Republic of Poland. From 2006 to 2017, he worked with the Marshal's Office of the Wielkopolska Region, where he was responsible for, among other things, the purchase of rolling stock, various projects relating to the creation of the Poznań Metropolitan Railway, as well as the development and implementation of the Sustainable Development Plan for Public Transport in the Wielkopolska Region. He graduated at the School of Management and Banking in Poznań and holds an Executive MBA diploma from the Institute of Economics at the Polish Academy of Sciences.
