I am 60+ years old, born and live in Warsaw, Polish citizen. Married, 3 children.

A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, I received my doctorate in technical sciences in 1986. Since then, I have worked as a programmer and project manager in the Polish IT industry, establishing my first own company in 1990. I work as an entrepreneur to this day. I’m active as entrepreneur till today and currently the President of Softex Data SA. The company was awarded the title of "Mazovian Company of the Year 2003", the golden statuette of "Polish Business Leader 2009" and numerous industry awards.

In the years 2005-2019, a member of the Business Center Club, successively the head of the BCC Convention, the Minister in the "Cabinet of Shadows" of this organization and the vice-president of the BCC. In 2012-2019, vice-chairman of the Tripartite Commission for Social and Economic Affairs and the Social Dialogue Council.

Currently, the head of the expert council operating on behalf of the "Polish Coalition" of parliamentary opposition parties and a member of the "Team Europe" team of experts. I’m frequently commenting public affairs in non-governmental TV stations and writing articles to the daily “Rzeczpospolita” and “Gazeta Prawna”.
