Sustainability Director at Schneider Electric since 2022, responsible for implementing the company's strategy related to the local achievement of sustainability, decarbonization, and energy transition goals.
Since 2017, he has served as business development director for Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Ukraine cluster. In this role, he is responsible for, among other things, the implementation of the company's long-term business development plans in Poland and the region, the development of national strategic plans, and cooperation with key partners.
He has been with Schneider Electric since 1997. Over the years he has worked in various teams in positions related to marketing, strategy, and business development.
Świątek is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology, majoring in Industrial Automation, and of the MBA program run by the Warsaw University of Technology Business School in conjunction with London Business School, HEC Paris and NHH (Bergen). He is also a graduate of the University of Westminster in London.
