Wojciech Ozimek is a highly regarded expert in the field of computer science with over 25 years of professional experience. As the founder of One2tribe, he led the company from its debut in the gaming market in 2003 to its transformation into a publicly traded company providing employee motivation solutions.

In 2017, Wojtek led a team participating in the IBM Watson AI XPRIZE competition, presenting a machine learning model for optimizing work focusing on stress. This project resulted in the publication "Optimal motivation scheme design using machine learning and control theory" and was further developed within the ESGI (European Study Groups for Industry). A vital element of the project was introducing the concept of stress into work task optimization.

Wojtek combines the ability to share knowledge with a practical understanding of scientific and developmental processes. His experience includes speaking at prestigious conferences such as TEDx Kraków, World AI Health in Basel, and World Summit AI in Amsterdam and lecturing on Intelligent Augmentation, AI, and gamification for the Warsaw School of Banking. Wojtek has also been involved in the gaming market for many years, especially those that address critical social issues. He was a member and then chairman of the Supervisory Board of 11 bit studios SA for nearly five years.
