Witold Słowik is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Jagiellonian University, the Krakow School of Managers and the Warsaw Management Academy.
He completed the ARGO Top Public Executive Program organized by IESE Business School and the National School of Public Administration.
From 1995 to 1999 - the General Director / Administration and Financial Director of the National Securities Depository of Poland.
From 2002 to 2006 - the Director of the Development Strategy and European Integration Office at the City Hall of Warsaw.
From 2006 to 2011 - President of the Management Board of “Nowy Świat” Banking and Financial Centre in Warsaw.
From 2013 to 2015 - the Plenipotentiary of the Board of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship for the implementation of the Project of Exhibition and Congress Centre construction.
From 2015 - the Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Development, and in 2018 - the Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Investment and Development.
From 2018 to 2020 - President of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A.
Since 2022 - President of PCO S.A.
He has over thirty years of experience in various managerial, administrative and local government positions.
