Member of the Management Board of the Profbud capital group. He has been associated with the Profbud group since 2017 and until 2021 he was the chairman of the supervisory board and legal counsel responsible for corporate matters, the acquisition department, M&A and the commercialization of the group's office space. As part of his role on the board of directors, develops the Commercial Department of the Profbud group as a member of the board for commercial investments.

Tomasz has been involved in the legal and real estate markets for years. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and the Management Program organized by the ICAN Institute in cooperation with Harvard Business Review. He gained experience working in law firms - Oleś & Rodzynkiewicz and WKB Wierciński, Kwieciński, Baehr - in the corporate and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) departments.
