Tomasz Gontarz is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and Postgraduate Studies in Public Procurement at the Warsaw School of Economics. He completed his Executive MBA in Innovation Management at the Queen Hedvig Academy. He joined the Ministry of Infrastructure in 2017 to focus on railway projects, including the Rail+ Programme and the Train Station Programme. He held a senior position at the Office of the Minister of Infrastructure. From October 2020, he has served as a Civil Society Advisor to the Minister of Infrastructure, and since March 2021, a Civil Society Infrastructure and Transport Advisor to the Prime Minister. PKP Intercity Board Member responsible for strategy and development since September 2020. PKP Intercity Vice-President of the Management Board since April 2023.
