Position: Deputy President for Digital and Strategy, Member of the Management Board
Joined InPost in April ’22 as a Vice President of the Management Board Digital & Strategy. He is responsible for strategy and development of new digital products (incl. InPost Pay), strengthening InPost’s position on e-commerce market and supporting growth of partners’ and clients’ businesses.
Previously, since 2010, Szymon was working in PKO Bank Polski, where he was responsible for retail banking, digital transformation, innovations and strategy. Before that he was in The Boston Consulting Group and UniCredit/Pekao.
Digital transformation of PKO BP led by Szymon received multiple awards, and Szymon was personally awarded as a Digital Shaper by Digital Poland Foundation and as Digital Economy Ambassador by Polish Banking Association.
