CEO and Founder of Shumee SA - a Pan-European e-commerce platform.

For eight years, until June 2016, he was the Vice-President and then the CEO of Bank Pocztowy. During that time, the Bank acquired about one million customers and underwent transformation from a clearing institution into a mass retail bank, launching e.g. modern Internet banking and a network of about 300 own micro-branches.

Previously, for seven years associated with mBank, he managed Internet marketing and sales as well as being responsible for the communication strategy of the BRE Bank Group.

He is a graduate of International Economic and Political Relations at the University of Lodz and the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD in Fontainebleau. He also completed the Executive MBA Program at the PAM Center at the Faculty of Management of the University of Lodz, organized in cooperation with Towson University and the Robert H. Smith School of Business.

Socially, he was the head of the team of Social Advisors to the Mayor of Łódź. He is the Chairman of the Business Council at the University of Lodz.
