He is a veterinary doctor, but for many years his real passion has gone to build small and medium-sized business enterprises. His openness, search for innovative solutions and determination, helped to create the nationwide ESV Capital Group. Being an independent Distribution System Operator (DSOn), the company has been successfully operating for almost 30 years on the energy market.
He is constantly looking for new ways and challenges to develop his enterprises. Business ethics belongs to his major values. He is open to innovative ideas and projects in the field of smart grids and energy storage. He is a co-founder of Energy Clusters, as they form the foundation for decentralized energy system in Poland and one of the pillars of increased energy security. He says about himself that he is "the first vet among power engineers and the first power engineer among vets".
