Prior to taking on the role of CEO at STX Next, a Software House from Poznan, Ronald was the President for Central & Eastern Europe at Honeywell, where he also led the Intelligrated distribution center automation division for EMEA. Before that, he was involved in the IT industry for 23 years. From 2013 to 2018, he was, among other things, General Manager of the Polish branch of Microsoft.
Before joining Microsoft, he ran his own consulting firm focused on the IT and insurance sectors. He supported several leading systems integrators working on central IT systems in Poland and abroad.
He began his IT career at Software AG in Germany. During almost 10 years there, he held numerous positions, including responsibility for sales and marketing in Central and Eastern Europe.
Ronald Binkofski holds a degree in Mathematics from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland and is a graduate of the INSEAD Advanced Management Program with almost 25 years of professional experience.
