Przemysław Tuchliński since 2017 the Deputy Mayor of the City of Białystok. Has been supervising the development of road infrastructure and municipal investments, among others. Additionally, he is responsible for the cooperation of the City of Białystok with non-governmental organisations within the framework of the Social Activity Centre. Since the first days of the war, he has been a coordinator of the humanitarian aid for Ukraine and has been in charge of refugees’ admission to Białystok. Currently he holds the position of a plenipotentiary for the cooperation of the City of Białystok with the United Nation’s Children’s Fund (UNICEF) comprising tasks which involve integration and aid for children and their families – refugees from Ukraine.

He is a graduate from the Institute of Political Sciences of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Sciences at the University of Warsaw. He is an experienced member of a local government in which he has been working since 2006.
