Piotr Kozlowski is an expert in the area of loyalty marketing for the transportation (mainly airlines), retail, banking industries. He started his career in the airline industry, at a company providing ground services at the Krakow airport. Then he worked at Lufthansa Consulting GmbH in Cologne and Frankfurt am Main. From 2009 to 2012, he was an aviation development consultant for an airport start-up project in Poland. In April 2012, he joined the Comarch Group, where over the past 11 years, he has managed various areas of the company's loyalty marketing business.

He currently serves as Vice President Consulting of Comarch, responsible for business development globally for the travel & transport industry, and manages the regional (UK & Scandinavia and South America) teams responsible for the development of Comarch's loyalty portfolio of offerings. He is also a guest academic lecturer at the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszow and Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
