A graduate of the Jagiellonian University. He completed postgraduate studies in the field of environmental protection at the Cracow University of Technology.
In 2017 he obtained a diploma in Business Management (MBA), and in 2020 he graduated from the Krakow University of Economics with an MBA in Community Management. Between 2010 and 2014 he was a councillor of the City of Krakow and was the chairman of the Committee on Ecology and Air Protection – the initiator of its appointment.
He is a co-author of municipal anti-smog resolutions, he supported actions for sustainable transport based on bicycle infrastructure.
The originator of various kinds of environmental actions. He cooperates with NGOs, associations, institutions promoting the struggle for clean air. Fellow of the International Leadership Program (IVLP) on Best Practices in Air Quality Improvement, organized by the U.S. Department of State.
