Graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Catholic University of Lublin, Postgraduate Studies in Foreign Trade at the Warsaw School of Economics, and EMBA studies at the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. For many years he was involved in the management of EU funds, e.g. related to digitisation of administration and construction of broadband Internet infrastructure in rural areas. At present, he is the Director of the Technology Development Office at the Industrial Development Agency (IDA JSC), where he deals, i.a., with supporting the development of innovative industries, such as space technologies, robotics and industrial automation, as well as implementing pro-innovation services in large enterprises. He is the author of IDA business strategy in the area of space technologies and initiator of activities included in it: internship programme, loan and investment instruments, ARP Space Academy, technology transfer programme. As part of ESA BIC Poland consortium, responsible for ecosystem development. Member of the Supervisory Boards of space companies: Creotech Instruments JSC - a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and PIAP Space sp. zo.o. Member of the Board of the Polish Space Industry Association.
