Paweł Mirowski
Plenipotentiary of the Prime Minister for the Clean Air Programme and energy efficiency in buildings, Deputy President of the Management Board, National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management
Paweł Mirowski is a graduate of Environmental Protection at the Agricultural University in Szczecin. He also completed postgraduate studies in business management, waste management and Executive Master of Business Administration.
He gained professional experience working for Energetyka Szczecińska S.A. and Zakłady Chemiczne Police S.A. He was Deputy Mayor of Police and deputy district governor of Police.
He also held the position of Director of the Infrastructure Centre of Grupa Azoty Zakłady Chemiczne Police S.A. He was the Vice-President of the Management Board of the Voivodeship Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Szczecin, later also the President of the Management Board. He presided over the Convention of Presidents of voivodeship funds for environmental protection and water management.
In 2020, he was appointed Vice-President of the Management Board of the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management. In 2022, he was appointed Plenipotentiary of the Prime Minister for the Clean Air Programme and energy efficiency of buildings.
