Since January 2014, Member of the Management Board supervising the Finance and Realization of Income Division for ensuring the financial liquidity of the Social Insurance Fund and managing the assets of the Demographic Reserve Fund . The titular auditor of the ISSA Control Committee and the vice-chairman of the ISSA Technical Committee on the collection of social security contributions, as well as the Chairman of the Steering Committee within the framework of the European ISSA Network (IEN).

He started his professional career at the Treasury Department of Bank Energetyki SA. He joined the Social Insurance Institution in 1999, initially as the Head of the Unit, then he took the position of Deputy Director and Director of the Department. During 2008-2010, Member of the Management Board of the National Capital Fund SA. A specialist in finance. He holds economics and law degrees. He has also completed postgraduate managerial and financial studies in the area of financial and management accounting.

Responsible, inter alia, for the supervision over the implementation of key projects in the Institution -  e-Contribution and e-Files Projects.
