Monika Synoradzka, Managing Partner of SpeedUp Group, President of Huge Thing

SpeedUp Group is a group of venture capital funds created by people who have been supporting the development of technology companies for years and are involved in the development of the VC environment in CEE. As a SpeedUp Group Partner, Monika helps teams of portfolio companies understand how large organizations and corporates work and prepare startups to cooperate with them.

She also supports them in building business relationships. Monika is also the CEO of Huge Thing - an organization that combines the implementation of acceleration programs with innovation consulting. She is responsible for development of the company in the field of startups acceleration and support for organizations from  private and public sectors in finding and implementing innovation. She specializes in building a culture of innovation in companies from a wide range of verticals. For years, she has been active in building Polish startup community by organizing initiatives such as Startup Weekend Poznań or meetupVC
