Position: Partner, Business Tax Advisory
Is a Partner in EY Tax Consulting. He is a member of the EY Real Estate Group. Michał is a tax advisor. He graduated from the Faculty of Economic Sciences of Warsaw University. He also studied at Aarhus Universitet in Denmark.
Michał has over 13 years’ experience in tax consulting. He is very experienced in the tax modelling of investment projects. He supervised numerous tax reviews, including those related to tax efficiencies, reviews of tax procedures, due diligence and vendor due diligence.
He is also experienced in implementing tax-effective holding and financial structures. He advised in corporate acquisition and restructuring transactions, including in particular business combinations (including multinational) as well as divisions and transformations.
Michał Sawicki gives lectures during tax training courses and conferences and comments on current tax issues in the trade press.
