He has over 15 years of experience in conducting criminal and fiscal penal proceedings as well as in strategic consulting in relation to criminal risk management regarding personal liability of company representatives.
He has represented many clients in complex criminal proceedings. He has participated in multiple internal tax investigations as an expert in the field of penal fiscal law. He is also well accomplished in designing and implementing compliance systems focused on limiting the risk of criminal and fiscal liability in companies operating in variety of industries.
In 2017, Michał was honored the Main Award in the ‘Rising Stars - Lawyers of Tomorrow 2017’ contest, taking second place. In 2022, he received an individual recommendation in the Criminal Law for Business category of the 20th edition of the Rzeczpospolita Ranking of Law Firms.
