Michał Misztal is the CEO of Startup Academy, a business coach, coordinator, and creator of numerous entrepreneurship teaching programs, and an expert for the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development in assessing the innovativeness of startups.

During his 11-year tenure at the AIP Foundation, he oversaw more than 600 startups from various industries, eventually serving as the Regional Director of AIP. He co-created the AIP Seed Capital investment fund, which dealt with startup selection and scouting.

As part of the international EU program Speed Up from 2017 to 2021, he advised the Capital City of Warsaw on creating a startup ecosystem in the capital.

He is currently the CEO of Startup Academy and European Business Advisory, as well as an academic teacher at Lazarski University in Warsaw. For a time, he was the sales director for three business accelerators and coworking spaces - Business Links.

Michał Misztal is the author of business educational programs for novice entrepreneurs, for whom he has conducted several thousand advisory hours. He has been a consultant for dozens of investment processes, many of which have been successful. He is also a speaker and business coach who has appeared at numerous business and startup conferences, supporting the development of the startup organization in Europe.
