Mateusz has over 20 years of experience in real estate and financial markets. He held several managerial positions in international financial institutions and in the real estate companies. Prior to BNP Paribas Real Estate he worked for ING and Commerz Real Group in senior managerial positions. He started his professional career at LHI Real Estate Group in Munich and thereafter Warsaw, heading the asset and project management in Poland.
He has transacted in CEE, Germany and Nordics on various retail assets (shopping centers, retail parks, office and logistics assets).
He was also successfully involved in many structured finance, asset management (Metro and Kaufland Portfolio) and development projects (Rondo 1) in the region.
Mateusz is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is fluent in English, German, French and Polish.
