President of the Management Board of BNP Paribas Factoring. He manages the current operations of the Company and the work of the Management Board. He supervises the Company's organizational units – the Sales and Finance Departments and Administration, Risk, Factoring Services, Business Initiatives and Customer Support and Compliance as wekk. He supervises the Company's relations with BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. and companies from the BNP Paribas Group, in particular the Factoring Competence Center of the Group. It acts in accordance with legal obligations and rights, as well as in accordance with the Company's regulations and decisions of the Supervisory Board of the Subsidiary.

A graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. He also graduated from the MBA Academy of the Warsaw School of Economics and the Leadership Academy of Harvard University. He has been involved in banking and capital markets for over 20 years. In 2022, BNP Paribas Faktoring, managed by Mariusz Łukasiewicz, achieved assets higher by 50% compared to the previous year, which made it the leader in this category from Q3 2022. Turnover in the same period increased by 60%, which turned into second market position.
