For over 20 years, Tylec-Gusakov has been advising Polish and foreign clients from around the world on recruitment for high-level positions, navigating change in the context of human resource management, as well as building and transforming companies’ organizational cultures. She also provides support for management boards in employment restructuring during mergers and acquisitions. She is a pioneer in the field of holistic consulting for Polish companies undergoing or preparing for leadership succession.

As a guest lecturer, Tylec-Gusakov teaches MBA courses in human resource management at the University of Warsaw. In collaboration with SWPS University, she has developed her own tools to measure employees’ awareness and professional responsibility.

Since 2022, Tylec-Gusakov has also been involved in the MTG Level UP project. Based on her many years of experience in building job candidates’ professional careers and informed by the principle of conscious creation of one’s professional path, which she pioneered in Poland, she has created a toolkit for managers, employees, women and men, to raise their professional awareness so that they become the creators of their own professional lives and true business partners for their future employers.
