Vice-President of Poland 2050 Szymon Hołownia. He was the voivode of Podlasie (2007-2014), the first deputy marshal of Podlasie (2014-2018), but also the secretary of the city of Białystok, or the plenipotentiary of the mayor for cooperation with non-governmental organizations (2003-2007).

Pedagogue, social animator, trainer of non-governmental organizations, academic teacher or active firefighter-rescuer OSP, is a rescuer of the KPP Granica Group on the Polish-Belarusian border. He runs his own business and the Institute of Local Community Development ACTIVUS.

Activating and organizing the local community, building cooperation between the local government and non-governmental organizations is a passion that began in the Polish Scouting Association, where he was an instructor for many years. This passion translated into activity in a number of organizations and foundations: he is an expert and trainer of the Association for the Support of Local Activity CAL, he was a member of the second term of the Council for Public Benefit Activities at the Minister of Labor and Social Policy.

Knowledge of local government, starting from work in an urban-rural commune, running a cultural center, through work in the voivodship city office, the level of provincial self-government, or supervision as part of the function of the voivode with the award for the best managed government administration office for 2013 makes it a space of great interest and willingness to develop the area of administration in Poland.
