Krzysztof is an expert in the area of energy law, including renewable energy sources. He advises clients on the legal conditions for the development of energy projects with particular emphasis on RES projects. He specialises in energy generation support systems, including the RES auction system and the so-called green certificates system, as well as commercial and real estate contracts. Recommended by Legal 500 EMEA in the field of energy law.
Author of a number of publications on the energy sector, and co-author of a commentary on the Electromobility Act. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the Humboldt University in Berlin (LLM program).
