Entrepreneur and investor, main shareholder of Selena Group. Graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Wrocław, studied also philosophy.

In 1992 he founded Selena – today a global producer and distributor of construction chemicals with HQ in Wrocław. In the 90s he launched the Tytan Professional® brand, built up distribution, established sales branches and launched production plants. In 1999 he started Selena’s international expansion. Today, Selena has 30 companies in 19 countries, including its own R&D departments with a central laboratory in Poland. Selena’s production plants are located in Europe and Asia, and its products are available in close to 100 markets. In 2008, the Group’s holding company, Selena FM S.A., entered the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Since 2009, Krzysztof Domarecki has also been actively investing in the venture capital fund market, including since 2017 through his own investment fund, Fidiasz ASI Sp.z.o.o.

Since 2021, he has been an ambassador of the global campaign for sustainable construction #BuildingLife and a member of the Council of the University of Wrocław.
