He was born in 1989 in Radomsko. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and the Faculty of History and Education at the University of Opole, he also has an MBA diploma. In the years 2019-2021, he was the deputy voivode of Łódź, he dealt with issues of construction and spatial management. He was an advisor to the vice-president of the Council of Ministers, the minister of science and higher education. From 2016 to 2018, in the Opole Voivodship Office, he served as: deputy director of the Department of Infrastructure and Real Estate, plenipotentiary of the voivode for business and entrepreneurship, as well as he chaired the voivodeship team for foreigners in the Opolskie Voivodeship. In 2015-2016, working at the Opole City Hall, he dealt with cooperation with the academic community. For many years he was the vice-president of Collegium Nobilium Opoliense, an academic activist, and an instructor at the Polish Scouting Association in Radomsko. He was appointed Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in November 2021.
