Kazimierz Klonecki has 28 years of experience in leading diverse teams that have implemented complex and large-scale transformation projects for the largest companies from various sectors in Poland, in the region and globally.

Over the past few years, he has been the leader of the Cybersecurity team in EY Poland, under which the EY Neurodiversity Center of Excellence was implemented. He also directed teams providing Cybersecurity services in the EY subregion of Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Kazik has led the largest cybersecurity projects carried out by EY nationally and globally.

Currently, he continues his work for the development of the team as the Managing Partner of EY Consulting in Poland. Thanks to his experience, new competence areas are developed in the Consulting team, which give employees the opportunity to implement innovative, interesting ideas and projects.

Kazik graduated from the Faculty of Computer Science and Management at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. During his career at EY, he participated in many training programs organized by the world's leading universities such as Kellogg Executive Education and Harvard Business School. It is also of great importance to him to share knowledge and acquire new skills, which is why he also participates as a speaker in numerous conferences and industry events.
