Katarzyna has spent most of her professional life in the energy sector. For many years, she was responsible for energy related projects in PwC,
then she managed Vattenfall wholesale energy trading company and then served as Commercial VP and a Management Board member in the Polish
energy holding company Tauron.
Currently, she is the chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of the SPV of the abrdn infrastructure fund which is the owner of photovoltaic farms in Poland.
In addition, she runs his own business. Katarzyna supports people and organizations in development, change management as well as creating and implementing strategies.
Katarzyna is a member of the LiderShe Association and a founder and member of the Management Board of the Effectus Papilionis Foundation.
