- from non-governmental organizations, local government, public institutions, social movements.
Her specialty is local leadership. She is a co-author of the methodology of the Leaders Program of the Polish-American Freedom Foundation and tutoring - individual support
in the development of leaders.
Co-founder and former president of the board of the Association of Family Mediators and a member of the Social Council for Alternative Methods of Conflict and Dispute Resolution at the Ministry of Justice.
She conducts trainings and supervisions for trainers, meetings and social mediations, supports the development of non-governmental organizations, local communities and their leaders, using her great experience in managing organizations.
