Born on July 21, 1961 of Uruguayan and Italian nationality. From May 2021 to the present he works at the Ministry of Housing, Territorial Planning and Environment (MVOT) in Montevideo (Uruguay) as Ministerial Advisor on Housing for Minister Dr. Irene Moreira. Its functions include:
· Member for Uruguay in the Technical Secretariat of MINURVI, Forum of Ministers and Highest Authorities of Housing and Urban Planning of Latin America and the Caribbean.
· Focal Point designated by Uruguay by Ministerial Resolution 54/2022 for monitoring and compliance with the New Urban Agenda.
· Titular Member of the Sectoral Commission of Population and Development for the MVOT in the Office of Planning and Budget - Presidency of the Republic.
On October 28, 2021, in the framework of the 3rd Meeting of MINURVI Technical Teams, he acted as Host of the virtual event by the MVOT, hosted by URUGUAY, with the theme "Sustainable housing projects - Latin American Roadmap Coordination".
From March 1, 2020 to May 2021, he served in the Ministry of Housing, Territorial Planning and the Environment as National Director of Housing (DINAVI), appointed by Presidential Resolution of March 2, 2020, with Luis Lacalle Pou being President of the Republic. and Minister MVOTMA Dr. Irene Moreira.
In October 2020, within the framework of the MINURVI 2020 AWARD FOR BEST PRACTICES, he acted as Qualifying Jury.
From May 2019 to February 2020, within the OPEN CABILDO Party (Artiguista Social Movement) he was a member of the Housing and Employment and Productive Country Commissions, working on the preparation of the Housing and Employment and Productive Country Policy.
Between July 2017 and December 2019 he was General Project Coordinator for the URUGUAYAN NETWORK OF JUST, DEMOCRATIC AND SUSTAINABLE CITIES.
