She has extensive experience in improving companies’ operational efficiency, strategy creation and business transformation both as CEO, board member and supervisory board chairwoman. Currently CEO of Karmar SA and LinkCity Poland SA, Polish branches of the French industrial group Bouygues, listed on the CAC 40 in Paris. Also leading Global Bouygues Business Line in Life Science. Graduate of the School of Management and Marketing, holding MBA diploma from the University of Warsaw in cooperation with Staffordshire University, University of Antwerp and Free University of Brussels. In 2013, completed the Advanced Management Program at IESE University of Navarra.
