Holds a M.Sc. degree in construction awarded by the Poznań University of Technology and a builder licence. Holder of an M.A degree in administration awarded by the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University Poznań and a PhD degree in economics from the Poznań University of Economics and Business.
In 1999, hired by WPIP, a prime contractor and design firm for construction and fit-out of technologically advanced and sustainable development projects conforming to high environmental standards. Vice-President of the company since 2009. Author of research and publications on the competitiveness of construction businesses.
