In 2015-2020 sha was CEO and President of the Management Board of Virgin Mobile Polska/Virgin Mobile CEE in During her career she  held executive positons such as: Executive Director of Strategy, Development and Wholesale in Telekomunikacja Polska (TP SA/Orange), President and CEO in PTK Centertel (Orange), Chief Sales and Logistics Officer in PKN Orlen and President and CEO in PGNiG. She also runs her own investment and consultancy company and was previously a member of the Supervisory Board of i.e. PZU, KDPW,  ABC Data, Orlen Deutschland and PGNiG  International and member of Board of Directors in AR Packaging Group AB (CVC Capital Partners owned) and Talkin’ Things sp. z o.o..
