Member of the Polish Parliament for two terms. Previously associated with the Silesian local authorities: Racibórz and Rybnik, and then the local government of the Silesian Voivodeship. 

Born in Katowice, graduated in law from the University of Silesia. She specialises in the management of European funds and ecology in the broad sense of the term. For many years, she was President of the Voivodeship Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Katowice, and before entering Parliament she was successively Deputy Marshal and then Deputy Governor of Silesia. In the shadow cabinet of the Civic Platform, she represented environmental protection. She has been awarded numerous prizes and state distinctions, both regional and sectoral.

Currently in the Sejm, she works in the committees: Energy, Climate and State Assets and Environment, Natural Resources and Forestry, focusing on the economic and social aspects of climate protection and energy transition as well as nature conservation.
