Ewa Łuniewska has been with ING Group for over 30 years. At the beginning of her professional career, she was in charge of corporate banking, structured finance and debt capital markets at ING Bank N.V. Warsaw Branch. In 2001, she was appointed Director of Strategic Clients Department at ING Bank Śląski, and in 2006 - Bank Executive Director within the Corporate Sales Network Division. In the years 2016 to 2020, she was President of the Management Board of ING Lease (Polska). Since January 2021, she holds the position of Vice President of the Management Board responsible for the Business Clients Division at ING Bank Śląski.

Ewa Łuniewska is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. In 2020, she held the position of the Chair of the Executive Committee of the Polish Leasing Association. She is involved in the activities of the ING Polish Art Foundation, where she holds the position of the Chair of the Foundation Board She is also the Chair of the Supervisory Boards of the following companies: ING Commercial Finance Polska S.A., ING Lease (Polska) Sp. z. o.o. ING Usługi dla Biznesu S.A. and ING Investment Holding (Polska) S.A.
