A graduate of the Poznan University of Economics, European Studies at the Faculty of Management.

She has been associated with the EU funds in the transport sector since 2004. Until 2015, she was involved in the implementation of operational programs in the transport sector, initially supervising implementation of infrastructural projects, then the system of financial flows and settlement of expenses with the European Commission, as Deputy Director at the Managing Authority of the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment, at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development.

For a year, she worked at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego as Deputy Director in the Department of European Programs, implementing the Loan for technological innovations dedicated to the SME sector under the Smart Growth Operational Programme.

Since 2016, as the Director of the Department, he has been cooperating with beneficiaries in the implementation of railway projects financed by the European Union under 3 programs: OP Infrastructure and Environment 2014-20, OP Eastern Poland 2014-2020 and the Connecting Europe Facility CEF, joined by programs of the new financial perspective: Program European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment (FENiKS) for 2021-2027, as well as the National Reconstruction Plan and managing the work of the department.

She participated as one of 20 experts in the twinning project "Improving Infrastructure Quality through Better Planning Systems" implemented in 2019 in Georgia.
