President of the Board of Polish Volleyball Limited and Director of Marketing, Sales and Events Department of Polish Volleyball Federation. She has devoted her professional activity mainly to organizing volleyball events on both international and domestic level. She played key roles in the Operational Committees of CEV Women European Championships 2019 and CEV Men European Championships 2017 and 2021 as well as in the Operational Committees of FIVB Men World Championships 2014 and 2022, and FIVB Women World Championships 2022. Ms. Grzegorczyk is appointed a member of the Social Sports Council (a joint subsidiary body to the Minister of Sport and Tourism, acting as a consultative and advisory unit to the Minister in the field of physical education) as well as a member of European Financial Commission of the European Volleyball Cofederation (CEV).
