President of the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and holder of postgraduate studies diploma in the field of intellectual property law. Polish and European patent attorney.

Between 2014 and 2019, as Director of the Trade Mark Department at the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, was involved in legislative works on the amendments to the Polish Industrial Property Law and in implementation of the trade mark system reform in Poland. Headed the Polish delegation in the working group of the Council of the EU involved in the work on the EU Trade Mark Regulation and Directive.

Participates in the work of the EC bodies, the World Intellectual Property Organization and the European Union Intellectual Property Office. Speaker and lecturer at numerous conferences and training courses on trade marks, industrial designs and unfair competition issues. Author and co-author of publications and press articles on the protection of intellectual property.
