Chairman of the Board of the Event Industry Association in Poland & Programme Director of Event Management Stadium at the University of Warsaw, expert and advisor in the field of Event and Public Relations, with 20 years of work experience in Poland and Great Britain.

Her event passions are mainly the promotion of Poland in the international arena. For the flagship project, which is the Air Chessboard, a symbol of Polish-British friendship, she received an appreciation letter from the Queen of England, Elisabeth II. Dagmara was honoured with the title of the Man of Success of Warmia and Masuria 2016, awarded by the magazine "Personalities and Successes".

In 2021, she was included in the list of "100 Most Influential People in the Meetings Industry" created by the international competition "EVENTEX".

For eight years, she ran Hurricane of Hearts in London and managed a team of 300 people, organizing the most famous Polish projects like concerts, seminars, socio-charity events, balls and sports events, to name a few.

She lectured about events at the University of Oxford, the University of Greenwich, Imperial College London and the University City London. She also collaborated with Wembley Stadium, the Football Association, the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity, the Polish Olympic Committee, and the Center for International Relations.

Her original actions were widely commented on BBC, ITV, The Daily Mail, Metro and in all media in Poland.

Dagmara has been living in Poland for six years. She worked on the Procedures for safe events or the reactivation of the Code of Good Practice in the Event Industry. It introduces Ecocertificates and the definition of green events to the Polish market.

She is a jury member of the Bea World Festival, Baltic-Nordic Event Award, Amber Prize and Evento Awards, and Eventex Awards 2022/23.

Member and founder of the Foundation for the construction of the monument to entrepreneurs at the Office of the SME Spokesman. He is an expert in promotion and communication at the Business Center Club. She established the "MICE Observatory" at Think Tank. In November 2022, she was entered into the Encyclopaedia of Personalities of the Republic of Poland, published by "Britishpedia".
Since 2022, he has been a promotional, communication and events specialist at the Mazovian Center of Neuropsychiatry. In April 2022, she took the position of the president of the Irij Foundation for the Mazovian Center of Neuropsychiatry.
