President, Uruguay-Poland Chamber of Commerce, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Poland to Uruguay
Carlos Siccardi is an Italo Uruguayan architect and urbanist, with 38 years of experience in his profession, working both in South America and Europe. He is specialist in real estate developments and in Heritage Conservation and Restoration as well, with a relevant position in the board of ICOM – UNESCO (International Council of Museums).
Beside his professional activity, Carlos is Consul Ad Honorem of the Republic of Poland in Uruguay, present member of the board of Eurocamara-Eurochambre Uruguay, and Past President of this institution.
Two times condecorated by the Polish Government, due to his tireless work in the cultural and commercial rapprochement between both nations.
At present, Mr. Carlos Siccardi is promoting the introduction in Uruguay of technology in industrialized constructions of Polish origin, as well as large real estate developments, with European investors and promoters.
